Three adults help a smiling child with curly hair ride a small red bicycle. They are surrounded by red and orange decorations, creating a festive atmosphere.

Every Child Deserves to Ride

Amtrykes are adaptive tricycles designed to create mobility and independence for children and veterans who can’t ride traditional bikes.

What is an Amtryke?

An Amtryke™ is more than a bike — it’s a therapeutic tool that provides mobility, builds strength, and restores joy. Statesboro AMBUCS partners with therapists, families, and sponsors to bring Amtrykes to those who need them most.

  • A close-up of a person wearing blue sneakers and blue tie-dye leggings pedaling a bright red adaptive tricycle, with feet secured by straps and a water bottle attached to the frame.
  • A young person wearing a red helmet rides a red adaptive tricycle on a suburban sidewalk. Houses, trees, and a lawn are visible in the background under a cloudy sky.
  • A red adaptive tricycle with three wheels, a black seat with back support, handlebars, and a metal basket at the back, is parked on a sidewalk in front of a building with a brick wall and black railing.
  • A smiling young boy sits in a wheelchair holding handlebars, inside a fire station with a fire truck visible in the background.
  • A young boy wearing a red helmet sits on a bike while an adult adjusts his helmet strap. Another adult, seen from behind, is facing him.
